Course on Thirty-Seven Practices of Bodhisattvas

Description: Language class: $5 per session.
Thirty-seven Practices: $10 per session.
The instructions in this short text
teach us how to better our lives. A
bodhisattva is one who is training his
or her mind in bodhicitta, awakened
mind, with the com-passionate wish
to guide all beings to enlightenment.
H.E. Garchen Rinpoche, a presentday
bodhisattva, says that this short
text—the combined essence of the
sutras, tantras, and their commentaries
—is like his own heart. He suggests
reading a verse or two each day,
deeply contemplating the meaning
and making effort to put it into
practice. Rinpoche says that, apart
from this, there is no other Dharma to
be practiced.
